I never could quite "get" Roald Dahl when I was young but he has an amazing imagination. Treat yourself (even if you do have a youngster) to a great performance by Mark Rylance and easily one of the funniest sequences I've seen in a movie for a long time featuring Downton Abbey's Penelope Wilton as the Queen.
