Review of The BFG (2016) by Nando H — 15 Jul 2016
I'm not sure why Spielberg decided to direct this. So disappointing. It lacked the magic and wit of his previous family friendly movies. Uninspiring and boring. The only almost redeeming point was the meeting with the Queen.
Otherwise, it was awful. The special effects were obvious and everything seemed fake. I'm not sure what happened here, but is sure the worst misfire for Spielberg and Disney. F.
