I love this movie. I got into it big time during my "old world war II movie obsession phase", but this one was different because it didn't focus on the war it self...it instead focuses on the effect that the war had on home life; all of the changes that took place within families, romances, individuals.
..it's really just great if you give it the time and patience it deserves.
