Review of The Beguiled (1971) by Chessie R — 13 May 2006
This is my favorite film of the moment. Since there is no plot sypnoisis I'll give it to you: Clint Eastwood plays a union solider during the civil war who is found in the woods by a twelve-year-old girl.
The girl takes him back to a southern girls' school where things fall apart. Ok... so basicly the film is built around sexual tension but there is an amputation. Com'ed who doesn't like a good 'ol fashioned amputation? Ok, me.
.. but still! This is a kick ass film.
