Review of The Beaver (2011) by Hrant B — 25 Aug 2012
Great cast, great script, wonderful performance by Mel Gibson playing a deeply depressed executive/father/husband. Jodie Foster brought out the best of Gibson in this dark comedy. The one thing that I remembered about this film is especially when you feel down and depressed we cannot worry about the sorrow and what keeps us down we just have to pick up and move forward.
It is so true in life that and it just seems that the more we worry the older and weaker we get. It's been a challenging year but yet we keep on ticking. It just got to get better just like this movie.
I definitely recommend it.
