Review of The Beastmaster (1982) by Rajneel S — 22 Jun 2008
Poor filmmaking doesn't always make poor entertainment as this rough gem of a barbarian/fantasy film proves. A collection of clever ideas, creepy monsters, gory violence, rampant displays of tits, ass and muscles and an interesting script keeps the interest high and provides a lot of campy, 80's, barbarian fun.
Rip Torn eats up large amounts of the scenery. Cheesy, but a lot of fun.
