No matter how many Trainspottings, Slumdogs or 28 Days Later he would make, if you have seen this movie, you just can't call Boyle a good director.
That's one of the worst movies of the decade. Nearly everything in it is pathetic. The acting is laughable (especially by DiCaprio), the cinematography is very poor. If there wasn't this somewhat interesting story, I actually would have called it THE worst movie of the decade.
