Review of The Beach (2000) by Scott H — 13 Dec 2010

I don't care what you think I liked it... Bad acting from some characters still did not stop me. I liked the idea of this movie, and thats what makes it a good movie to me. The idea of an escape from the mainstream, and society to a world apart.

Of course true to form paradise can't last forever when people get involved. I think the film really showcased that people and a perfect world with never coexist. So if you can look past some bad acting for a really good story then see this film.
