Review of The Beach (2000) by Thomas V — 12 Jan 2011
I've watched this movie more times than I care to admit, with each viewing hoping that over time it has become the great movie it should have been. Sadly, no amount of time can change this very shallow movie into the darkly psychological, pop-culture flecked book that it's based on.
A career low for Danny Boyle.
