The Bay has a unique story and setting but is ultimately diluted by too many explanation scenes, interviews, and some sketchy ecological lesson its trying to cram down the viewer's throat (Pun intended).
I wasn't scared/creeped out once in this. If anything, this should fall under a "disaster flick" and not horror. You'll leave feeling disappointed.
