Review of The Bay (2012) by Frank D — 27 Apr 2013
This found-footage horror film was very unique as it was shot like a documentary with a narrator and used a lot of different found-footage (not just one shaky camera). Barry Levinson, who has directed a lot of quality films, has recently been doing more original and unique films and this is very different for him and it definitely looks very good and very real.
The actors were just alright and the film does have some cliches. Overall a fairly entertaining horror film, that has a social issue (pollution) that added to my enjoyment of the film.
