Along with Grouch,Fields is my hero.They prick the pomposity balloon with their razor sharp wit and their quotes are now stuff of legends.You really cannot describe a Fields plot line-there 'aint none!.
.Ogg Oggleby...his spat with his 'family'at the start...Godfrey Daniel!(Fields way of getting around censorship)...his saloon dialogue...the car chase(apart from the rear projection)that's every bit as good as Bullitt,et al.
