Very lovely and simple. It has effortless, realistic dialogue, and yet it also uses silence beautifully, which not too many films do anymore. Very wry, clever humour as well, most of it visual. Not in the least bit preachy or unduly complex, just very elegant and self-contained.
I'd think it has a very good shot at Best Foreign Picture.
