Thoroughly enjoyable film and. a classic, almost fairy-tale romance surrounded by a crime thriller--all with a distinctly wonderful eastern flavor. great characters, engaging action, snippets of lyrical dialogue, and one of the more awesome final showdowns in recent cinema.
a very familiar film that's at the same time beautifully unique.
