Watched this on 20/9/14.
I avoided watching this film for a long time thinking that it would be nothing but awful. I expected it to be no better than The Spiderwick Chronicles(2008) and The Three Musketeers(2011), but it turned out to be an extremely overlooked fantasy film. Fantasy films have often been my favourites from my childhood itself and on watching this film it took me back to my childhood. A fantasy film from Bryan Singer with good acting and effects is a sight to look at.
