Review of The Band Wagon (1953) by Jenny A — 15 Dec 2007
Some fabulous dancing in this film, yet againg showing my weakness for Hollywood musicals. 'Dancing in the Dark' has to be one of the most romantic dances ever and it's easy to forget the age difference between Astaire and Charisse.
'Shine on my Shoes' shows that Astaire still had it despite being in his 50s - he was a God!
