Spectacular musical dance production stars a middle-aged Fred Astaire basically playing himself, albeit his character is much less famous than he was in real life. He attempts to make a comeback with a stage musical, and is paired up with ballerina Cyd Charisse.
If watching those two dancing together does not bring you joy, perhaps nothing ever will.
