Review of The Back-Up Plan (2010) by Keenan S — 11 Feb 2013
The Back-Up Plan is a horrid romantic comedy that is horribly cliched and also far too boring to be salvaged as a guilty pleasure. I don't mind cliches as long as the film's presentation is done well, but this film is yet another example of a modern romantic comedy that doesn't feel like being energetic and is content to be run-of-the-mill garbage, which is insulting.
Also, for a comedy, this film sure as hell isn't funny and instead I find myself watching the clock to see when it would finally end because it is very dull to watch. In short, the film is both a pathetic romance film and a horrid comedy that isn't funny at all.
Go find yourself a much better romantic comedy to watch, because there is no value to be derived from this waste of time.
