Review of The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer (1947) by Bill B — 30 Aug 2011
Okay, on paper this sounds like the worst idea ever, as a judge 'sentences' a womanizer to date her very own teenage sister, but it's actually rather charming by the time the credits roll.
That said, I really expected to love this one more than I did, so I may have to give this another look at some time, because a film starring Myrna Loy and Cary Grant should honestly rank much higher for me than this does on the first viewing.
Rental for sure.
