The movie is about marriage that is perceived as 'prison' for Jimmie (Chris O'Donnell).

With that perspective, he completely ruins the moment he proposes his fiancee, Anne (Renée Zellweger).

Thing gets complicated when he discovers that his grandfather left him USD 100 millions on condition that he is married by 6.05 pm on his 30th birthday (plus some details).

And it gets worse when he again fails in proposing Anne.

So in a very limited time, he, with his friends an a priest ready, must find a bride within less than two days time while Anne is somewhere in Greece.

Jimmie starts to visit some women from his past with single thing in his mind: to ask her to marry him immediately.

The movie is heartwarming, and funny.

The topics is to present the difference between male and female perspective toward marriage. Renée Zellweger is lovely, and Brooke Shield plays an intriguing character as one of Jimmie's bride-to-be.
