Review of The Babysitters (2008) by Terrence B — 13 May 2008
Interesting movie but a f----- up on as well. It is disturbing at times. As I watched this it made me think of the movie Kids that came out over 10 years ago that dealt with a somewhat similar theme. The good parts of this movie is a decent story and strong performances by Waterston and Leguizamo.
The bad parts is that the film seems to be rushed and it is a bit unrealistic at times. The ending was OK but could have been stronger. Decent movie but no need to rush to see in theaters on a Friday or Saturday night (full price admission).
This is a perfect rental, matinee or cheapy Tuesday movie.
