Review of The Babadook (2014) by Marcmyworks — 11 Oct 2016
I did enjoy The Babadook, however because so many people told me how good it was my expectations were quite high. The film seemed more of a metaphor for loss and depression than a true horror film. As a child of a one parent home some things were uncomfortably familiar and the resolution seemed on par with reality.
