Review of The Babadook (2014) by Freddie K — 04 Jul 2015
What every modern horror movie is missing out on. You do not need jump scares, you do not need to see anything disturbing to witch it is laughable. All you need is a book and a house and bing badda boom i've shat myself.
Honestly, this movie was terrifying, it was too realistic. This movie made me reflect upon my own life and that is rare coming from a horror movie. Of course, there are a couple slightly disturbing, but you're not laughing because you can sense that what the character is doing, is not plaid for laughs.
What they just did was a genuine act of terror. The only, and I mean only horror movie which I have rated 10.
