Take a old haunted book off the self, a messed up kid and an overworked mother than you got the plot of Babadook. This movie keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the whole movie. After finding a book called The Babadook and reading it to her son a mother learns the origin of the book and regrets what she has just begun.
The young son realizes what The Babadook is and tries to warn his mother but his mother does not listen. With a nail biting final scene with a "happy ending" it still shows there is no ending "The Babadook".
