Review of The Awful Truth (1937) by Roberto L — 04 Mar 2008
Sophisticated and witty all the way through; not a dull moment in the whole show. Cary Grant and Irene Dunne are perfect together, and the supporting players are just right. This is the type of film that prompts the question "Why don't they make movies like this any more?".
