Review of The Aristocrats (2005) by Courtney W — 05 Nov 2010
Really funny but be forwarned: DO NOT WATCH THIS WITH YOUR MOM!!! I feel like I gained a little insight into stand up comedy. After seeing this I feel a little like I'm now in on their inside joke.
On a personal note I found Jason Alexander and Sarah Silverman's versions of the joke to be the funniest. If you've seen it I'd be intersested to know if you had a favorite. I also remember that Friars Club Roast of Hugh Hefner where Gilbert Gotfried told the joke. I remember the boos and the pain in his voice as he tried to make people laugh at that painful time in our collective lives. I'm glad he had this trick up his sleeve. I laughed and it wasn't so much at the joke which is disgusting, but kind of whistling past the graveyard with Gilbert as a guide.
