Review of The Apartment (1960) by I Don't Know W — 26 Jul 2011
Was loving this film. Lemmon is brilliant and the way the story twisted around the comings and goings at the titular apartment was wonderful. Then McLaine discovers what's actually going on and...there's another 40 minutes, where it could have been done at the 90 minute mark and been perfect.
Such a shame as it completely ruined the film for me.
