The start of supplimental materials that bridge the gap. Huge for marketing and it makes sense in a dollar and cents kind of way. However the stories did nothing for the series and honestly, it does show many of the different artistic interpretations of anime, however it was all bout the CGI.
It was the best and most important story which is also helped out by the game.
