Wait, didn't I see this movie a few years ago but with a power ranger instead of a giant fish monster? No? Oh yeah, I guess this is different. Let me summarize without spoiling anything you don't already know or you've been living in a cave for the last 50 years.
Loser teenager. Bit by spider. Has spider powers. With great power comes blah blah blah. Uncle Ben dies. I need to be a hero. Here's a stupid bad guy with a stupid plan. Has girl troubles. Gets beat up by bad guy.
Eventually beats bad guy and everyone is happy until sequel.
