It was okay. I don't really like Garfield's Peter Parker at all. He's kind of a jerk and the sudden on-and-off again thing with Gwen is mean, random and annoying. Dane DeHann as Harry Osborn was a bad choice and his goblin character was terrible.
Rhino was brutal too. Sony just can't seem to get Norman Osborn right. Electro was pretty cool. There was a moment at the end of the movie where Spider-Man shoots a web and the end of it looks like a hand reaching out which I thought was clever and touching.
