Review of The African Queen (1952) by Liz S — 30 Dec 2008
This is a complete turnaround from the usual Bogart film. This time he plays a rough and tumble machinist completely different than his usual suave and dark demeanor. Though it was much different than what I expected this is still a quite enjoyable film with its share of heartbreaks, sharp banter, and romancing.
