Review of The African Queen (1952) by Natalee K — 21 Jul 2010
With star power like Hepburn and Bogart under John Huston's direction, this (for it's time) Indie Film packs a most-powerful whallop. Only nine years Casablanca, Bogart is in fine form with the addition of some comic timing.
The on-location African visuals are spectacular. One of my rare 5-Star films.
