Humphrey Bogart, Katherine Hepburn are pure joy to watch in this movie, which encompasses comedy, suspense, action, romance, and Nazis (that's all the genres, right?) Sometimes dated, often hokey, "The African Queen"'s quirks add to its character.
It's a treat to watch.
