Review of The African Queen (1952) by Lauren D — 16 May 2010

My least favourite actor is Humphrey Bogart. I hate him so frickin' much, more than the actors in Twilight and all those gay movies. I also don't like Katherine Hepburn. And I've hated every Bogart movie I've seen. Especially The Maltese Falcon. UGH.

However, I kind of liked this. It annoys me greatly that I did, but unfortunately it is so. I'm not really sure what I liked about it. Neither of them annoyed me too much and I also thought it was kind of funny. Although I wish the romantic 'subplot' would have been ignored because I always hate that. Plus, who the hell wants to see those two uglies get together?

So.. I didn't really go crazy over the plot, like, the going to bomb the whoever it was. I can't even remember now (lol), but anyway... I liked the stuff that happened on the boat. Hmm.. I seem to have forgotten a great deal of my vocabulary today, sorry.
