Technicolor greatness. A movie with a sense of fantasy and adventure filtered through storybook sensibilities. The hero -- dashing, noble, good-natured. The villains -- evil, snivelling, brazen and cowards.
The girl -- unbelievably beautiful (Olivia D'Havailland was a screen goddess) but feisty. Plus lots of green tights and archery. If you've never seen this movie, rent it NOW.
