It's hard to believe that this movie was made over 70 years ago. I watched it again recently and it's just as exciting and funny as any big budget film of today. Errol Flynn was never better as a swashbuckling hero.
Basil Rathbone is pure evil as the Sheriff Of Nottingham. Just great fun and perfect for the whole family.
