You know how movies say "no animals were harmed during the making of this movie". I think this is the movie that was made with japanese laws, which dont care. they had mad extra kittens on puppies on set because, you know, they just kind of went through them.
it might be a different movie, but I think it's this one. movie is kind of good though, for a kids movies about lost pets.
