A movie steeped in Dambro childhood tradition. Milo and Otis is flat-out epic to the mind of a young kid; I have to give it 4 stars even though it is excessively cutesy. You don't really notice it as a kid, but Dudley Moore does a really good job as the narrator, and the music, and the way it really works to evoke mood, is definitely something special.
