One of the cheap(ish) "package films" in WWII-era Disney. My issue with these movies has always been the storytelling and animation quality - they're just not that great. You can see where they cut corners in almost every frame.
What you have here are essentially two mildly amusing 30-minute short films combined into a mildly amusing feature. But it's by no means Classic Disney.
