Review of The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad (1949) by Ken S — 06 Dec 2011
The last of the World War II low budget package films is one of the better ones. Only Three Caballeros can be said to be better, but both stories in this feature are great. The Ichabod Crane tale is classic and well produced, and I always love a good Wind in the Willows adaptation, one of my favorite children's books.
