Such a piece of junk but at least it knows its a piece of junk. Dice was a comedian who stretched his minutes minutes of fame into about twenty with this movie. He plays a rock and roll detective (or dick as the say in the movie which tells you the level of humor they were going for in this) who gets caught in a murder mystery that turns into something else.

Dice is still a sexist pig who is only occasionally funny but he does have some good lines in it and Harlin could direct big action scenes back then so this isn't a total bomb.
