I have seen this a dozen times because of my kid. Otherwise I would have never have watched it or rated it. Great for young kids. It has most of all the major Sesame Street characters in the film. Mandy Patinkin and Vanessa Williams are the two big stars in the film with the other characters.
Great film for kids but otherwise just skip it.
