This is my undisputed all-time No.1 film, a visual feast par excellence. Packed with surprises and delicately executed plot twists, bizarre and incredible characters set against a backdrop of darkness, fear and despair.

Ecstasy, aspiration, innocence, beauty, and the triumph of imagination over reason, all find new definitions in this inspirational masterpiece from Terry Gilliam. Watch it on a big widescreen, there is a level of detail in this film which has to be appreciated.
