Good film adaptation from the book "Baron Münchhausen's Narrative of his Marvellous Travels" by Rudolf Erich Raspe â?? a collection of tall stories published in 1785, based on the German adventurer Karl Friedrich von Münchhausen.
I read the book when I was very young, so it was kind of nostalgic experience. You need to like fantasy genre and travel narrative to appreciate it.
