Review of The Adjustment Bureau (2011) by Karthxlr — 04 Mar 2011
While the Bureau itself garners enough mystery to fill an entire movie, we are instead treated to an uninteresting love story between Matt Damon and Emily Blunt. The tone shifts randomly at times, and some scene choices bring the story to a complete halt.
The pacing is uneven throughout the movie, further diluting the already generic romance plot. A good way to summarize this movie is to take a really intriguing idea, and to complete a script of it by the end of the day, whether or not you're satisfied.
