It was basically a modern-day "It's a Wonderful Life". The basic concept of "ripple effects" is something I always think of in the daily routine of life. (Doing or not doing certain things that have the potential to change the outcome of events in the near or distant future.).
In the end, it makes one become very aware of the weather and who's wearing headgear and who isn't.
