I bought this romcom for my wife for christmas.
Unfortuntaley despite the quality of the main actors it is a fairly, unbelievable and tame romance in which Colin Firth seems wasted. The plot line is fairly weak and if I tell you that an Irish American hunky fireman wins the girl over an English millionaire and the American manages to charm a German financier with his knowledge of the bundesleague you'll begin to realise how unbelievable this story is.
Still my wife and 14year old daughter enjoyed it.
