A fairly good movie. A weakness is that it isn't completely integrated into a whole. The whole alien thing seems almost just tacked on, for example. And if you make a movie with aliens, I feel like the fact that the aliens are there should be very important for the movie; they shouldn't just be a deus ex machina at the end.
Speaking of that, the fact that the people don't die from the sudden decompression because of alien magic is a little silly.
