This has to be one of the most coolest movies I've ever watched!!! This movie has to be on the list of my top 5 coolest visual effects in movies but the #1 in the list is James Cameron's AVATAR.
the abyss won an oscar for best visual effects in 1990. I'm not saying that this is an awesome movie, it's a really cool sci-fi underwater movie directed by James Cameron.
