Review of The ABCs of Death (2013) by Al H — 19 Jun 2013
The ABCs of Death is a film that takes 26 directors and gives each a letter, and each directs a skit about death, and the film collects them into an anthology. Unlike anthology classics like Creepshow, The ABCs of Death has little creepiness to it and instead just shoves grotesque horror down your throat.
Almost none of the film was enjoyable, and the few skits that were artistically superior were so few and far between that it was almost impossible for me to finish the film.
